Whisky San Graal (single malt)
The brewery De Graal is a young artisanal, but automated, brewery located in Brakel, in the heart of the Flemish Ardennes.
The brewer Wim Saeyens is qualified with a diploma in brewing and is active since 2002. During this time he improved his knowledge and his experience. Due to several investiments in new technologies, the brewery could succesfully meet the ever growing quality standards for Belgian beers. Especially the export market to the U.S. and to Japan, Italy and Denmark is growing fast.
Apart from this main activity, the brewing of six different beers named De Graal, the brewery is also specialised in producing speciality beers on demand.
And last but not least, the brewery is brewing the wash for the single malt De Graal. The jenever distillery Braeckman is distilling the whisky for them.
